Project Overview:

 

Construction of the frst IKEA Showroom in Puerto Rico. This project consists of rehabilitating a 264,000 square-feet concrete structure. Sustech performed 3D Scans and 3D modeled all MEP systems along with the structure in order to fast-track the construction of the project. This allowed us to prefabricate the ductwork and fire protection piping system off-site, and accelerate the already coordinated installation of these systems on-site. Also, Sustech is utilizing time-lapse cameras to monitor and evaluate our productivity.
