Project Overview:

 

IKEA Puerto Rico has fostered a work relationship with Sustech that has resulted in some amazing structures. Along with the first IKEA Full Showroom, Sustech also completed the demolition work on the 20,000 square foot space of a previous IKEA Puerto Rico mini showroom and pickup location. Sustech also remodeled the space to convert it into a Merchandise Pickup Location for the new full showroom. One of the challenges was assuring that the work was completed in time for the Full Showrooms inaugural opening while not interrupting sales. Sustech completed the work on time and on budget.
