Letran (Mall of San Juan)

Project Highlights:

  • Fast Track
  • Rigorous Aesthetics
  • Clash Detection
  • BIM
  • Coordination of disciplines

Project Overview:

Letran Joyeros opened its doors in 1963 on Fortaleza Street, Old San Juan. There began a journey that has lasted over 50 years offering clients a standout service and glamorous jewelry. Letran’s new store at Mall of San Juan was a Fast Track project where activities that would have been performed sequentially using the original schedule are completed in parallel form. In other words, fast-tracking a project means the activities are worked on simultaneously instead of waiting for each piece to be completed separately. The Architect, Engineers, and General Contractor need to be in constant coordination and communication for the sucess of the project.
