Project Overview:

The Hugo Boss store at the prestigious Mall of San Juan was another Fast Track project completed by Sustech.  The Fast Track model is when activities that would have been performed sequentially using the original schedule are performed in parallel. In other words, fast-tracking a project means the activities are worked on simultaneously instead of waiting for each piece to be completed separately. This means that the Architect, Engineers, and General Contractor need to be in constant coordination and communication. One of the challenges of building Hugo Boss new franchise store is that they require that all locations have the same typology and profile, for this reason, it is not only necessary to build fast, it is also important that the aesthetic and physical space represents the idea and specifications of the franchise.
