Project Overview:

 

Sustech Puerto Rico completed a comprehensive interior office remodeling project for Chubb Insurance Company of Puerto Rico. This two-phase initiative transformed the company’s 17,100 square foot office space into a modern and functional workspace.

 

The project encompassed a wide range of construction and renovation activities, including demolition and construction of new spaces, electrical work, mechanical and plumbing upgrades, enhanced fire safety and security measures, installation of high-end interior finishes, fabrication of custom millwork and glazing elements, implementation of operable partitions, and seamless project management and coordination.

 

These comprehensive efforts resulted in a revitalized office space that met Chubb’s functional requirements and created a sophisticated and inviting environment for its employees.
