Project Overview:

 

The prestigious Carolina Herrera franchise selected Sustech and their Fast Track model for there Mall of San Juan store. Fast Track is a technique where activities that would have been performed sequentially using the original schedule are performed in parallel. In other words, fast-tracking a project means the activities are worked on simultaneously instead of waiting for each piece to be completed separately. The Architect, Engineers, and General Contractor need to be in constant coordination and communication during the entire process. One of the challenges of building Carolina Herrera’s new franchise is that they require that all locations have the same typology and profile, for this reason, it is not only necessary to build fast, it is also important that the aesthetic and physical space represents the idea and specifications of the franchise.
