Project Overview:

 

On the luscious mountain landscapes of Luquillo, Puerto Rico, Sustech was contracted to design and model a new residence that could meet the standards of a tropical home and of the existing terrain. Valued at $400,000.00, the focus of the project was to preserve the wonderful view that encompasses the site. The location, design, and materials used were meant to complement the residence with the environment that surrounds it.
