Our Commitment to Project Oasis: Transforming Communities in Puerto Rico

We are thrilled to announce that Sustech has been selected as the general contractor for Project Oasis, an ambitious social transformation initiative located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This project, spearheaded by Vimenti, Plataforma para Impacto Social (PSI), and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico, aims to revitalize the former Dr. Cesáreo Rosa Nieves School, transforming it into a multifunctional center that will benefit over 35,000 community residents. As the general contractor, our responsibility is to ensure that every phase of construction is executed with the highest quality and efficiency. This project will not only transform a physical space but will also serve as a catalyst for improving the quality of life in one of San Juan’s most underserved areas. We are committed to executing this project with a focus on sustainability and positive social impact, meeting all established deadlines and ensuring that the new facilities are ready to serve the community within a two-year period.

A Vision for Transformation

By creating a comprehensive center that addresses the community’s most pressing needs, Project Oasis aims to foster a sense of belonging, empowerment, and resilience.
